This star is listed as a member of TW Hydra Association in Mamajek (2005; http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2005ApJ...634.1385M ), however its proper motion had considerable uncertainty. Due to its binarity, the proper motion estimates for the TWA 15 system vary wildly from catalog to catalog. The modern UCAC3 proper motions give very different motions for the A (pmRA, pmDec = -18.2 +- 1.2, +17.0 +- 1.2 mas/yr) and B (pmRA, pmDec = -34.0 +- 1.5, -58.3 +- 1.3 mas/yr) components.
Its youth and radial velocity are both suggestive of TWA membership, however further astrometric work is needed to constrain the proper motion of this binary to conclusively demonstrate its membership.
