Collinder (931AnLun...2....1C, page B18) lists Collinder 399 (aliased as "4-5 Vulpecula") with angular dimensions of 90' x 30' with 85 degree position angle (aka *elongation* angle in Collinder's catalogue) from Lundmark's measurements of Franklin-Adams Plates, and Collinder himself measured 80' x 40' with 80 degree position angle from Franklin-Adams Charts. Each item has two rows in the catalogue, with Lundmark's measurements (from the original glass plates in Greenwich, which Lundmark visited in 1930-31 according to Collinder's dissertation) in the first row and Collinder's (from the charts produced from the plates, reviewed in Lund) in the second.
Collinder 399 aka the Coathanger, Brocchi's Cluster and Al Sufi's Cluster was analyzed for cluster membership in *The Nearby Poor Cluster Collinder 399* (1970PASP...82..640H) by Hall and Vanlandingham, who found that 6 of the Collinder 399 stars are related members in a cluster.
Wikipedia gives an angular diameter of "~60" which is sufficient, from the given center coordinates, to encompass all 6 of the cluster members, but not the entire asterism known as the Coathanger, which is a bit larger.
