Follow up on position angle: tested a comparison of annotating the galactic position angle given here in SIMBAD currently as 44 deg and the PA of 24 deg given in HASH 4.6, using the angular dimensions from HASH as well, and the HASH value of 24 deg is accurate while the 44 deg value is visually obviously misaligned with the angle of rotation.
HASH 4.6 cites *Spatial orientation of planetary nebulae (Weidmann+, 2008)* (available in VizieR) as its source for NGC 40 GPA.
