The angular dimensions are incorrect and do not correlate with the cited source measurements (https://academic.oup.com/mnras/article/503/2/2887/6166761), nor with the data integrity relationship between columns, where dimmajor should always be >= dimminor and dimminor should never be > dimmajor.
Here is what SIMBAD shows for Minkowski 1-41 aka PN G006.7-02.2:

Notice the minor axis is larger than the major axis? The position angle is also incorrect, according to the cited source.

Somehow the data is munged in the ingestion for this PN and a dozen others. They are obvious in visual annotations because the dimensions are way off, but without visualizing, the main thing to catch is when the minor axis is larger than the major axis, as it is here.
This was the first one I noticed, but found 12 more in the set of 2,491 maintype=PN objects in SIMBAD. After pulling 2,491 PN with dimmajor > 0 into a spreadsheet, a simple test whether dimminor > dimmajor is possible in Excel or LibreCalc, Numbers, Sheets, etc. and I come up with 13 total that fail that test from SIMBAD, which are:
