The otype of the NGC object at these coordinates is listed as RNe and historically NGC 2149 has been the designation for an associated reflection nebula, which has an angular size of around 5 x 5 arcminutes, but there has been an update in SIMBAD from a 2015 paper (https://simbad.cds.unistra.fr/simbad/sim-ref?bibcode=2015MNRAS.454.2067C) which correlated these coordinates to a MoC, not a RNe, and the MoC angular dimensions were given as 206 x 206 arcminutes, thus wiping out the traditional NGC reflection nebula designation at these coordinates and changing the type from RNe to MoC, but the type change is not reflected in the SIMBAD record.
