I suggest that this star's 2MASS source should be removed from the data page for Gaia DR3 405118190290397568, and that it could be listed separately in SIMBAD as a blended object. At the 2MASS epoch, 2MASS J00593695+5237143 was blended with a brighter background star (Gaia DR3 405118190290398720) which contributes most of the joint flux to the source. Since the 2MASS epoch, the high proper motion of Gaia DR3 405118190290397568 has separated it from the background star, so the two stars have separate Gaia and WISE identifiers. Also, this star can be identified as WISEA J005936.71+523718.9.
