This is in fact identical with
NLTT 1398
. It seems that the originally published coordinates for G 32-18 in
1959LowOB...4..136G
suffer from a typo in the object table where the declination is wrongly given as +14 53 00 instead of 14 43 00. The finder chart for G 32-18 in the same paper clearly confirms that this is indeed NLTT 1398. Proper motions are compatible as well.
