The declination of this galaxy is likely a typo. While a pair of stars is at the recorded coordinates, a POSSII-visible galaxy is located around 01 08 10.9 +63 20 35, 1 arcminute southwards. It seems very unlikely that Weinberger+ meant to record a pair of stars and not the obviously extended galaxy just south of it, which isn't otherwise in the catalog.
