PHR J0712-0950 is a HII Emission nebula surrounding this Be star but not noted separately in SIMBAD nor noted as nebulosity at all, just listed as a cross ID in the HD 55439 notes.
It's detailed here https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR?-source=J/MNRAS/431/2 specifically https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR-5?-ref=VIZ67ba29be19b247&-out.add=.&-source=J/MNRAS/431/2/tableb1&recno=6 . Frew et al 2013 a reference already included under HD 55439 bibliography at SIMBAD.
So, a nebula connected to but not same as HD etc, a vizier linkout for the PHR ID is also possible, and a separate page for the nebula.
Frew et al 2013 state that it is an object mistaken for a planetary nebula in the literature and one of the co-authors Parker (the MASH planetary nebulae fellow) is the primary author of the paper(s)responsible for the PHR acronym according to the SIMBAD nomenclature dictionary, however Few et al 2013 does not give references for these that I can readily see, so whether it is themselves (especially Parker) who originally published it in the literature or whether there is an older identification I know not. It appears to be quite distinct and relatively large in Ha centred upon the HD star and quite round which would explain why it could have initially been thought of as a planetary nebula until the spectral follow up noted in Frew at al 2013. In that reference it is included in Table B1 in the paper (table 1 Appendix B) :-
