The database currently has V2575 Oph and RS Oph linked. They are different stars. RS Oph (star AAVSO 1744-06) is at RA 17 50 13.7, Dec -06 42 28.6. V2575 Oph (star AAVSO 1727-24) is at RA 17 33 13.06, Dec -24 21 07.1. I think the confusion may have arisen as they seem to have erupted within a few days of each other in Feb 2006, and were given similar names (Nova Oph 2006, Nova Oph 2006/1 respectively)
