There is an erroneous double association of BL Lac with two 3FHL sources. In particular, the source named "3FHL J2207.1+4315" is not actually associated with BL Lac. Its most likely counterpart is, instead, the bl lac type object 87GB 220504.7+430144 (see Ajello et al. 2017, ApJS, 232, 18 and online data on VizieR), which is located approximately 1 degree away.
