For the DWB objects the mayor axis and minor axis and PA angle are missing. They are available in the original document. I have converted all the values from the 1960 document and checked them carefully against the DSS2 and the original map in the 1960 document. The PA angle are converted to equatorial system. The original document has only a limited accuracy due to lack of digits. Below a link to my list. If you have any question please email me.
