The position is almost identical as Sh2-148 and wrong. A correct J2000 position of Sh2-149 is
22: 56 26.7 +58° 32 10
It is the smaller nebula north-east of Sh2-148.
I would also suggest a slightly better center position for Sh2-148 at 22: 56 18.0 +58° 31 11 but the current position is reasonable correct.
