TYC 4384-1735-1 is the likely counterpart to an orphaned Luyten designation not currently in SIMBAD: LTT 23402
Luyten cross-IDed LTT 23402 as "Grw+69:4152" with proper motion 0.207"/yr at PA=84deg, Rmag=12.3, Ptg=13.2; B1950 10 03 54 +69 32.0).
Luyten (1979) listed the coordinates as:
B1950 10 03 54 +69 32.0
TYC 4384-1735-1 is at:
B1950 10 04 52 +69 31.2
which is ~5' away. It seems possible that Luyten may have accidently
recorded the B1950 RA as "10:03:54" instead of "10:04:54", which would
place it within 42" (not a ridiculous cross-match difference given the
accuracy of Luyten's coordinates)
TYC 4384-1735-1 (Gaia DR2 1070387905514406400) has Gaia DR2 proper
motion pmRA, pmDec = (196.631+-0.040, 17.369+-0.047) mas/yr, i.e.
total proper motion 197.40+-0.04 mas/yr (PA=84.95+-0.01 deg). This is
nearly identical to the proper motion size and direction (207 mas/yr,
PA=84 deg) reported by Luyten (1979) for LTT 23402. It is the only
"bright" high proper motion in the vicinity which could plausibly be
LTT 23402.
