Outbust identified by Gaia Transient Alerts as Gaia19bbu on 2019-03-23 03:41:39 (TCB) mag 15.01(G). Alert is at Gaia 19bbu Alert Page (http://gsaweb.ast.cam.ac.uk/alerts/alert/Gaia19bbu/). The Gaia Alert page also shows a previous outburst on 2016-07-12 23:28:41 (TCB) mag 15.71(G).
