The binary appears to be physical, and
2015MNRAS.450.3127M
designate the companion "HD 96167 B".
For HD 96167 B,
2015MNRAS.450.3127M
lists J = 13.12+-0.27 mag, H = 12.64+-0.20 mag, Ks = 12.17+-0.05.
2017A&A...602A..87M identified an additional faint component at 3.4" (WDS J11053-1017C = MOC 4 C), but it is unclear if it is physically related to HD 96167: "If bound, its companion would have an absolute magnitude of 20.3 in the K band, which corresponds to a 30 MJup object at an age of 3.8 Gy (Allard 2014). Follow-up observations could confirm whether this source is a wide brown dwarf companion of HD 96167 or a background star. In the following, we do not consider it as a companion of relevance for binarity frequency."
