2012AJ....144..102T lists a wide (401.9") common proper motion companion to HD 49674 (PM I06519+4056; RA, Dec = 102.978455 +40.948971 (J2000)) - which WDS designates WDS J06515+4052 (TOK 504) - however the Gaia DR2 astrometry do not appear to match:
WDS J06515+4052A = Gaia DR2 951427000863064192:
RA, Dec = 102.87734832896 +40.86722840233 (ICRS, epoch 2015.5)
plx = 23.2054 +- 0.0411 mas
pmRA, pmDec = 34.587, -122.797 (+-0.075, 0.068) mas/yr
WDS J06515+4052B = Gaia DR2 951429126869992448:
RA, Dec = 102.97862978696 +40.94843772355 (ICRS, epoch 2015.5)
plx = 9.1475 +- 0.1107 mas
pmRA,pmDec = 33.200, -120.861 (+-0.169, 0.153) mas/yr
While the proper motions are similar, the parallaxes suggests B is 2.5x
more distant, hence WDS J06515+4052AB appears to be an unphysical pair.
