G 221-24A = WDS J03480+6840B = ** KUI 13B = GJ 153 B
The correct Gaia DR2 counterpart should be:
Gaia DR2 493650660396520064
which appears to represent the unresolved light from B and C.
The current SIMBAD coordinates seem to correspond to "A", which is 18"
away from where B and C should be.
So the breakdown of Gaia DR2 cross-identifications:
WDS J03480+6840A = HIP 17749 = CCDM 03480+6841A = GJ 153 A = G 221-23
= Gaia DR2 493650660400463488
WDS J03480+6840BC = HIP 17750 = CCDM 03480+6841BC = GJ 153 BC = G 221-24
= Gaia DR2 493650660396520064
which includes:
WDS J03480+6840B = HIP 17750 = CCDM 03480+6841B = GJ 153 B = G 221-24A
WDS J03480+6840C = HIP 17750 = CCDM 03480+6841C = GJ 153 C = G 221-24B
The only survey catalog that quotes individual positions for B and C
that I can find that resolves B and C is Hipparcos CCDM, which
resolved it as a 0.97" binary (epoch 1991).
