Despite what 'The VAST Survey - III' says, this is likely not a CPM companion of Zeta Aquilae. Checking 2MASS and Pan-Starrs in Aladin shows no sign of movement, and none of the Gaia DR2 sources nearby (the closest is Gaia DR2 4314333715855405184) have a parallax bigger than 2.
