I recommend adding WDS designations and tying pair together as siblings:
2MASS J18450079-1409036 = WDS J18450-1409A = JNN 323A
2MASS J18450097-1409053 = WDS J18450-1409B = JNN 323B

reports the pair as having spectral types M5 and M5.

reports the common proper motion pair and reports an approximate parallax of 167 mas, however this appears to be a photometric estimate.
However
2014ApJ...788...81M
reports the star to be a kinematic member of the Argus group and assigns kinematic distance of 16+-2 pc, in which case the stars might be pre-main sequence. A good trigonometric parallax could confirm this.
