The coodinates of Abell 1689 in Simbad are about 2 arcmin off from the X-ray peak and the main BCG galaxy of the clusters. The reference article does not seem suitable/relevant for the coordinates. In general the X-ray positions should be used when possible for bright galaxy clusters.
