This star has long been considered a member of the Epsilon Cha association (Mamajek, Lawson, Feigelson 2000, Mamajek & Feigelson 2001, Zuckerman & Song 2004, Murphy, Lawson, Bessell 2013, Lopez-Marti+ 2013), although the group is sometimes called "Cha Near" in some literature.
The alias "[FLG2003] EPS CHA 28" should be added to SIMBAD to reflect its membership.
