HR 6636 (psi01 Dra) is known by the proper name "Dziban" (or the variant "Dsiban") in some astronomical references, and the Bright Star Catalog and mode recent catalogs uniquely assign the name to the star:
(1) J. E. Bode (1801) "Uranographia" ["Dsiban" for psi01 Dra].
(2) Richard Hinckley Allen (1899) "Star-names and their meanings" (G.E. Stechert, New York) ["Dsiban, from Al Dhibain", more below].
(3) Antonin Becvar (1964) "Atlas of the Heavens - II: Catalogue 1950.0", Praha: Publication House of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences and Cambridge, Mass.: Sky Publishing Corporation, 1964, 4th enl. edition, edited by Mohr, Josef M. (scient. ed.) ["Dziban" assigned to "psi Dra" = GC 24089, which is attributed to HR 6636].
(4) Jack W. Rhoads (1971) "Technical Memorandum 33-507: A Reduced Star Catalog Containing 537 Named Stars", Jet Propulsion Laboratory California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA ["Dziban I" for psi01 Dra, where psi02 Dra was assigned "Dziban II"].
(5) Dorris Hoffleit & Carlos Jaschek (1982) "The Bright Star Catalogue" (4th edition; Yale University Observatory, New Haven, CT, USA) ["Dsiban; Dziban" for HR 6636].
(6) Dorris Hoffleit & W.H. Warren, Jr. "The Bright Star Catalogue, 5th Revised Ed." Vizier On-line Data Catalog: V/50 ["Dsiban; Dziban" for HR 6636].
(7) Kostjuk (2002) "HD-DM-GC-HR-HIP-Bayer-Flamsteed Cross Index" http://cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr/viz-bin/Cat?IV/27A ["Dsiban" for HD 162003 = HR 6636].
(8) P. Moore (2006) "The Amateur Astronomer" (12th edition, Springer) ["Dziban"].
(9) E. Anderson E. & C. Francis (2012) "XHIP: An Extended Hipparcos Compilation" ["Dziban" = HD 162003 = HR 6636].
In the notes to the Bright Star Catalog (1991), it states "Some catalogues call HR 6636 Psi1, 6637 Psi2; most, however, call 6636/7 Psi1 and 6725 Psi2". Currently, SIMBAD follows the Bright Star Catalog convention for assigning the Bayer# designations for these three stars:
HR 6636 = psi01 Dra A = 31 Dra A.
HR 6637 = psi01 Dra B = 31 Dra B.
HR 6725 = psi02 Dra = 34 Dra.
Note that 34 Dra is 1.03 *degrees* away (~2 full moons) away from 31 Dra.
Bayer's (1603) Uranometria, which designated psi Dra shows a single star whose position relative to chi, tau, and ome Dra match the position of 31 Dra AB (psi01 Dra currently in SIMBAD) perfectly.

In the cross-identification tables of Werner & Schmeidler (1986), they do not list 34 Dra, but list 31 Dra alone as "psi Dra".
Smith (1996; http://vizier.cfa.harvard.edu/viz-bin/Cat?IV/22) uniquely maps "psi Dra" to FK 670 = HD 162003 = HR 6636.
Allen (1899) specifically mentions psi01 and psi02 Dra as a 30" pair - which matches the 31 Dra (HR 6636/7) pair perfectly, but not 34 Dra (HR 6725).
