NGC 5509 is PGC 50751 (CGCG 133-010), not galaxy shown here, this error comes probably from PGC catalogue (Hyperleda has this error too). These galaxies have 4 degrees difference in declination and PGC 50751 is much closer to historical position in NGC catalogue (there is some error in declination but 16' not 4 degrees!, see H. Corwin's notes below).
