This object, M31N 2008-12a is a recurrent nova, with known optical eruptions in 2008 (this object; and the first detection 'as a nova'), 2009, 2011, 2012 (first spectroscopic confirmation as a nova), 2013, and 2014... Serendipitous pre-discovery X-ray observations were also made of eruptions in 1992, 1993, and 2001.
As such the following objects should all be linked together as eruptions of the same nova:

M31N 2009-12b
M31N 2011-10e
M31N 2012-10a
M31N 2013-11f
M31N 2014-10c (not yet in Simbad)
