S3MC J004353.82-725514.87 is not a YSO candidate (2007ApJ...655..212B made their YSO candidate list based on IR colors), but rather a C-rich PN (2014ApJ...791...28S). It is in fact another name for source Lin 49, and it is an infrared-bright target showing fullerenes in its spectrum. It is also known as 2MASS J00435388-7255147 and SSTISAGEMA J004353.88-725514.7.
