Thanks for fixing the spectral types.
The UCAC3 astrometry is unreliable for resolved objects (144N is not remotely a point source). Very recent (last week) HST astrometry confirms these stars as a proper motion pair. (But no need to update the record yet, till that result makes its way out into the literature.)
