A precise position for this source is given in Rodriguez et al, A&A 508, 889–894 (2009) as RA (J2000) = 19h29m55.9s and Dec (J2000) = +18 18 38.4 with an uncertainty of 3.5 arcsec. The source is identified with 2MASS J19295591+1818382
This paper (Rodriguez et al) also identifies the source as a High-Mass X-ray Binary.
