The SIMBAD position of this object is 1.3 arcsec away from the position given in
GUTERMUTH R.A. et al, ApJSS, 184, 18-83 (2009) for "[GMM2009] Oph L1688 3". This is significantly larger than the uncertainty of the coordinates reported in that work. Thus, either the IR coordinates for this object are uncertain, or "[GMM2009] Oph L1688 3" is a different object. Notice that Guthermuth et al. (2009) does
not
give a K magnitude for this object, because the 2MASS detection it is further away than their cross-matching radius.
