The listed spectral type of M3.0V is incorrect. The referenced paper (Jenkins et al. 2009) does not make any such measurement and simply compiles values from the literature. Gl 781 is a metal-poor M subdwarf, and has been classified as sdM1.5 (Gizis 1997) or sdM2.0 (Lepine et al., 2013).
