This star is erroneously combined with the close (0.8") physical companion to 15 Sge that was resolved by adaptive optics and reported by Liu et al. (2002, ApJ, 571, 519). HD 354613 is a low-PM optical companion to 15 Sge; it is identified as the B component in the WDS and CCDM catalogs.
In their discovery paper, Liu et al. (2002) refer to the close companion as HR 7672B and estimate its spectral type as L4.5 +/- 1.5. It is identified as WDS J20041+1704 Ab in the WDS Catalog, which also lists the discovery designation of the pair as LIM 3. I recommend setting up a new page in Simbad for this component. Several of the references for HD 354613 (e.g., Crepp et al. 2012, Boccaletti et al. 2003) refer to the close companion and should be moved to the new page, as well.
