This star appears to be equivalent to [DDR98] 70775 and [DDR98] P1, from the paper by Ducourant et al. (1998, A&A, 333, 882). The J1950 coordinates in the DDR98 paper appear to be for 2MASS J16323584+4023492, located 17" toward the SSE, but the DDR98 proper motion and V photometry closely match the LSPM-North Catalog's PM and estimated V magnitude for this star. Also, the DDR98 finder chart for [DDR98] P1 clearly points to this star (the finder chart is reversed from the CDS Aladin DSS PossII image, with increasing RA toward the right).
It appears that the coordinates in DDR98 were given for the wrong star, and I suggest that the Simbad [DDR98] 70775 page be merged with this one, using this star's 2MASS coordinates.
