I think the "essential note" stating that 4U 1630-47 has been identified as a very massive star and a SFXT is, either wrong, or at least the associated reference (Anderson et al. 2011) is not correct. Anderson et al. studied 4 sources in the Galactic plane and identified them as very massive stars. One of them is indeed very close to 4U 1630-47 but it is not the same source.
