This star also appears to be identifiable with Tyc 1463-00851-1, 2MASS J13450220+1748201, USNO-B1.0 1078-00278676, UCAC2 38081311, and UCAC3 216-118641.
The star is listed in Table 3 of Worley 1962, AJ, 67, 396, where it is noted as an uncertain physical companion of BD+18 2776 with 20" separation. A parallax and proper motion published by Burt & Weis (1976, AJ, 81, 551) determined that this star is a background object.
The position on the Simbad data page differs by 80" from the positions in the Tycho-2 Catalog and other sources listed above.
