The star also appears to be identifiable with USNO-B1.0 0440-00516140; no proper motion is listed, but applying the proper motion of Riedel et al. (2010) to the epoch 1982.4 USNO-B1.0 position brings it very close to the epoch 1999.4 position in the 2MASS catalog.
