Dias et al. open cluster catalog
(J2000 02:19:28 +58:18:00; diameter = 2.0') is 5.4' away from the SIMBAD position, and a concentration of stars is clearly visible on Digitized Sky Survey at the Dias et al. position for Basel 10. I recommend updating the SIMBAD position for Basel 10 to that listed in the Dias et al. open cluster catalog (J2000 02:19:28 +58:18:00).
