I suspect the ICRS coordinates for NGC1392 are inaccurate. Using RealSky and POSS plate CD #13 (low resolution), the image at 033645-361523 corresponds with Uranometria Vol 2 #355 plot. There is no apparent galactic image at 033747-360851.
