According to the preprint (arXiv:1901.08574) the Galactic coordinates are l= 358.404° and b= -1.087°.
Converted to IRCS coodinates: 17 46 04.2 -30 51 53 (J2000.0).
What went wrong? The Galactic coordinates were used as equatorial coordinates (erroneously RA= l and DE= b, a correct conversion was not applied; see also my annotations for Camargo 1107 and 1109).
