The Simbad listings for LP 649-66 = LHS 1353 and LP 649-67 = LHS 1354 are badly garbled; each entry contains some information pertaining to both stars. These two stars form a close cpm visual binary. According to a note in Luyten's Half-Second Catalogue (LHS), LHS 1353 is the brighter primary star, and LHS 1354 is the fainter secondary, about 1.5 arcsec away. These correspond to the Gaia DR2 stars 2486388560866377728 (the brighter star, LHS 1353) and 2486388560866377856 (LHS 1354). The Gaia identifications are reversed between the two LHS stars in Simbad. Both listings contain a mix of photometry pertaining to LHS 1353 and LHS 1354.
In addition, the system PM J02124-0804 is listed separately by Simbad, without cross-referencing to LHS 1353 and LHS 1354, but from the data provided for this system, it is clear that PM J02124-0804 is simply the system LHS 1353-54.
