WDS J21009-4132B = UCAC4 244-182839 = Gaia DR2 6773453838597541760 (G=13.02)
UCAC4 243-189541 appears to also be an orphaned Luyten proper motion star: L 424-30
(UCAC4 243-189541 is the only plausible cross-ID for L424-30; matches motion and magnitude).
The binarity of the stars, the double star designations, and Luyten ID are missing from SIMBAD.
Tian+2020 lists the pair as an ultrawide binary and using GaiaDR2 astrometry
reports sep=1035".53672 (19426.601 au).
