I suspect this entry is due to an error on our part in the PMSU survey (Reid Hawley Gizis 1995/Hawley Gizis Reid 1996)
GJ 9577 should be NLTT 43513 aka CD-30 13458, but we mistakenly gave it the position of HD 151128 in our papers. The preliminary CNS3 makes the identification GJ = CD-30 13458 clear.
(Unfortunately the telescope pointing information was not recorded for this observing run, but I was working off the 1991 preliminary CNS3 positions, so the published spectral values should correspond to NLTT 43513, NOT HD 151128.)
