SIMBAD currently lists a discrepant Vmag (11.09+-0.09) for G 175-34B
and is lacking a Vmag for G 175-34A. The Vmag is clearly discrepant
and appears to correspond to the value for the other component. WDS
and Gliese catalog (1991) clearly show the M dwarf to be component A,
and the one that is 11th magnitude. So the Vmag for B is
incorrect. Here are improved BV magnitudes:
G 175-34A = Gl 169.1A
SpT = M4V
1994AJ....108.1437H
Vmag = 11.08 cat/V/70A (Gliese+1991)
Vmag = 11.089 0.010 II/168/ubvmeans (Mermilliod 1991)
Bmag = 12.73 cat/V/70A (Gliese+1991)
Bmag = 12.726 II/168/ubvmeans (Mermilliod 1991)
G 175-34B = Gl 169.1B
SpT = DC7.1

Vmag = 12.44 cat/V/70A (Gliese+1991)
Vmag = 12.444 0.005 II/168/ubvmeans (Mermilliod 1991)
Bmag = 12.75 cat/V/70A (Gliese+1991)
