not a star cluster- the paper on it (Alcaino+ 1990) uses it as a photometric calibration star. They never explicitly state that their reference stars aren't part of the cluster, but it seems to be pretty well understood by them that the stars are not inherently related (see fig 1-4 in the paper, stars clearly not anywhere near the cluster are favored over stars in the cluster)
Either way, I believe that for not only this, but Lindsay 1 AAWL A-K, NGC 339 AAWL A-D, NGC 361 AAWL A-F, and NGC 1466 AAWL A-G, the Cl* object type should definitely be removed, and the *iC should most likely be removed as well.
