WASP-24 has entry in Washington Double Star catalog (WDS J15089+0221), with a candidate companion at sep = 16.7", PA = 166 deg. The companion has a Gaia DR2 entry (Gaia DR2 1153682504094618624), but its proper motion and parallax (plx = 1.1998 +- 0.7001 mas; pmRA, pmDec = -6.258, -9.922 (+-1.198, 1.045) mas/yr) are not a good match for WASP-24 (Gaia DR2 1153682508388170112; plx = 3.0764 +- 0.0424 mas, pmRA, pmDec = -16.713, -8.702 (+-0.062, 0.065) mas/yr).
However, WASP-24 has a more distant companion at separation 21".84, PA = 258.17 deg (Gaia DR2 1153682508388170496 = 2MASS J15085031+0220313 = AllWISE J150850.29+022031.2), which is discussed in Sec. 2.4 of Street+ 2010 (2010ApJ...720..337S; star is dubbed "N1").
2010ApJ...720..337S
finds the star to be an eclipsing binary. This companion appears to share common proper motion and parallax with WASP-24: RA, Dec = 227.20955636472, +02.34204248461 (ICRS, epoch 2015.5), plx = 2.9139 +- 0.1092 mas, pmRA, pmDec = -16.664, -8.897 (+-0.170, 0.176) mas/yr. The colors and magnitude are consistent with an early M dwarf.
