WASP-1 has a companion at 4.6" separation discovered by
2007MNRAS.375..951C
and catalogued as binary WDS J00207+3159 (CCA 1) in the Washington Double Star catalog. While it was unclear in
2007MNRAS.375..951C
whether the companion was physically related to WASP-1, the star is resolved as a separate entry in the Gaia DR2 and indeed it appears to share proper motion and parallax with WASP-1:
