2012AJ....144..102T lists a star at RA, Dec = 067.032272, -10.392959 (J2000) with Vmag =17.06 (PM I04281-1023, appears to be 2MASS J04280773-1023345) as being a candidate common proper motion companion to HD 28185, but with very low probability of physical association (P = 0.001). The pair was included in Washington Double Star catalog and designated WDS J04264-1033 (TOK 485). However the Gaia DR2 astrometry do not seem to support physical association:
