The listed spectral type is out of date. Batten and Wallerstein's 1973 paper estimated G4V+G8V for the pair. The stars are just normal main sequence Hyades members.
Also, the Batten/Wallerstein paper is missing from the bibliography and probably should be there (Batten, A. H. and Wallerstein, G. 1973, PDAO, 14, 135-150.)
