NGC 6111 is LEDA 57579 (or MCG+11-20-007).

So galaxy catalogued here is LEDA 57589 or IC 1210.
This misidentification comes from original NGC catalogue, where declination is 62 instead of 63 due to error in communication sent by Lewis Swift to Dreyer. This is described by H. Corwin in his notes (http://haroldcorwin.net/ngcic/ngcnotes.all).
NED and Hyperleda have correct identification.
