The SIMBAD position, and that from the current source (Ducourant et al. 2005) for RX J1150.9-7411 are severely in error.
I've visually confirmed using DSS imagery from Skyview that the optical counterpart for RX J1150.9-7411 identified by Alcala et al. (1995; 1995A&AS..114..109A; page 133) is actually near (J2000) 177.687612 -74.187111. This is in agreement with the optical counterpart IDed by Murphy et al. (2013) and the more precise X-ray position for the X-ray source 1SXPS J115045.0-741108.
RX J1150.9-7411 = 2MASS J11504502-7411135 = SPM4 400469838 = 1SXPS J115045.0-741108 = XMMSL1 J115047.0-741114.
Even though Ducourant et al. (2005) was an astrometric study (and normally the coordinates should be quite precise), it appears that their astrometry corresponds to that of another anonymous star - not the one IDed by Alcala et al. (1995).
