The J2000 epoch coordinates for this objects are off by ~ 10 arcseconds. The problem is caused by the fact that the coordinates shown by Simbad are taken from Tycho2, but for some reason the Tycho2 had NULL proper motion for this star, therefore when converting J1991.25 positions to J2000 Tycho2 people just assumed zero proper motions. It is easy to see that the current J2000 position matches pretty precisely the J1991.25 position in Hipparcos, which couldn't happen given the proper motion of ~ 1 arcsec/yr
